1. Subject
These Terms govern the use of the browser game “Alklika”. By registering and playing, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. One account works across all worlds; the character name is unique within a world. A verified email is required for purchases and access recovery.
3. Code of conduct
Cheating software, exploits, abusive multi-accounting, harassment, and unlawful content are prohibited. Violations may lead to account restriction or ban.
4. Virtual items
In-game items and currency have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for real money. Purchased premium currency is spent according to game rules.
5. Intellectual property
All game materials belong to the rights holder. Use outside the game without permission is not allowed.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for service interruptions or loss of in-game progress.
7. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time. The deletion and anonymization procedure is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and governing law
These Terms may be updated; significant changes require renewed consent. The governing law and dispute resolution are determined by the project owner.
