1. Data controller
The data controller for the game “Alklika” is the project owner. Contact details for data-related requests are provided in the “Contacts” section.
2. What data we process
Email address, password hash (the password itself is not stored), sign-in methods (email, VK, Yandex, Telegram), interface language, IP address at the moment of consent and in the security log, browser/device type (User-Agent) when you subscribe to push notifications, and in-game character data on the selected world.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to create and protect your account, sign in, recover access, ensure fair play, and to comply with legal requirements. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of a contract (the Terms of Service).
4. Storage and residency
Personal data of EU users is processed in line with GDPR practices. The IP address in the security log is anonymized after its retention period; the IP address recorded with your consent is retained as proof of that consent and deleted when the account is deleted. Data is kept no longer than necessary for the stated purposes.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, export it (from account settings), and request account deletion. On deletion the account is deactivated immediately, and personal data is permanently erased after a grace period; the character on game worlds is anonymized. Some data (e.g. financial records) may be retained as required by law.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in and analytics. You can manage consent via the cookie banner and your browser settings.
7. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. Data may be shared with social sign-in providers and payment processors strictly to the extent necessary to provide the service.
